PreK and Quality Issues
The National Child Care Association believes all publically funded early education programs should promote a mixed-delivery system or providers to support parent choice and access to programs that support the needs of working families. These programs should be uniformly regulated, reflect true cost of care and education services, and utilize proven measures and strategies for the development of quality.
